1. Introduction

When you place an order with Carkitect Auto Realm, we want to make sure it gets to you fast, safely, and without confusion. This page explains how we handle shipping and delivery from the moment you pay to the moment your parts arrive.

2. Order Processing

After your payment is confirmed, we start processing your order within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up on the next working day. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that happens.

3. Where We Deliver

We deliver to all states across Nigeria. We also ship to selected international destinations. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you before your order is processed.

4. Delivery Options

We offer three delivery options depending on where you are and what you need.

Standard Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Express Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. Same Day Delivery is available in select cities, subject to order cut-off times. The options available to you will show up at checkout.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery option you choose. You will see the exact fee before you complete payment. We run free shipping promotions from time to time, so watch out for those.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Here are the estimated delivery times for common locations.

Lagos, 1 to 3 business days. Abuja, 2 to 4 business days. Port Harcourt, 2 to 5 business days. Other Nigerian states, 3 to 7 business days. International destinations, 7 to 21 business days.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can happen and we will always keep you informed.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation and tracking details where available. You can use this to follow your delivery until it arrives.

8. Delivery Delays

Sometimes things outside our control can slow down a delivery, including bad weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, customs checks, or security situations. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors, but we will always communicate with you if your order is affected.

9. Your Responsibilities

Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address and a working phone number when placing your order. Someone should also be available to receive the delivery. If we have to redeliver because of wrong information or missed delivery, extra charges may apply.

10. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate. If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours and send us photos. Depending on what happened, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

11. International Orders

If you are ordering from outside Nigeria, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country.
