8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

We want you to receive the correct, genuine part every time. If you receive a part that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Parts that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned, except where the part was defective from the manufacturer. Custom or special order parts may not be eligible for return. Refunds, where approved, are processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
